Everything you need to know before your pup’s first visit.
What are your opening hours and how can I book?
We’re open Mon–Fri 8am–5pm and Sat 9am–5pm (Sundays for cats, by appointment). Book online, by phone or on social media, ideally 48 hours ahead.
What vaccines does my dog need?
Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella are required for all services. Please send us your vet records before the first visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
How does the free Meet & Greet work?
Before the first daycare or boarding stay, your pup visits us for a short, free evaluation so we can get to know each other.
What should I bring for daycare or boarding?
Just your pup’s food, any medication with instructions and a favorite toy or blanket. We take care of the rest.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Members are billed monthly.
